Hilmi Dakkak, the founder, was born and lived all his life in Jerusalem. He became interested in tourism at a very young age and, in fact, was involved in many tourist-related services even before he was out of high school. He worked for a few years as a licensed guide before he took the big step in 1953 and opened his own office.

With the help of his wife, Sylvia Dakkak, and later, his daughter, Olivia Dakkak, Hilmi built up the reputation of the company from the outset and MAINTAINED it throughout the years: one of honesty, friendliness, reliability and superlative efficiency. We value our commitment to our clients, old and new, and their enjoyment while in our care is our constant objective. We consider that the goal of our work here is SERVICE in no uncertain terms.
